| Leachate |
- In rainy day, leachate is rapidly increased because of low waste density and serious surface projection
- Because its decomposition speed is quick and BOD and COD value are high, high-density leachate occurs |
- Because high-density leachate is discharged in compacting it, it can reduce the amount of leachate.
- Because of long-term decomposition by 1.5 times, leachate management in landfill site is easy.

| GAS Amounts & Quality |
- Much gas is generated and methane gas among generated gases is about 65%
- Because heavy machine is requested in repairing molding and surface, gas collecting main’s damage is expected. |
- Because decomposition speed is slow, the amount of methane gas among generated gases can be reduced less than 20%
- Because gas collecting main is installed among compacted dumps, there is not the risk of its damage. |
